We will work hard to accommodate anyone and any insurance whether they are in network or out. We pride ourselves on finding a realistic solutions for anyone, including offering a great self pay option. We bill out private insurances, we accept most major insurance companies such as:

 

Blue Cross Blue Shield, Pacific Source, Montana State Fund, Montana Health Co-op, Allegiance, Interwest, Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, and Triwest (military).

 

We specifically hold all the necessary insurances for military because we feel STRONGLY about helping our veterans and active military.

 

We are happy to do insurance verifications, so there are no surprises.
